Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer SaaS applications (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian tools) and support MDM administration, keeping up with new features/releases.
  • •Reduce manual IT work through tooling, integrations, and automation across the IT Operations team.
  • •Handle tickets, including new-hire onboarding and user separation processes.
  • •Support junior engineers with troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
  • •Design, architect, implement, and maintain IT systems spanning hardware, operating systems, networking, videoconferencing, and printers.
