  • •Run engagements as the engagement lead: scope the problem with system stakeholders, direct engineers, and own delivery through go-live.
  • •Manage day-to-day execution for post-M&A data migrations using an engagement team (e.g., starting with two engineers).
  • •Drive sponsor relationships by presenting readouts, turning one portfolio company into multiple future engagements, and supporting upstream conversations.
  • •Own the engagement practice over time by identifying shared components across engagements and standardizing them.
  • •Hire and manage engagement leads under you as customer demand grows.

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of experience from McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, a private equity value-creation team, or deployment work in a place like Palantir.
  • •Ability to run an engagement with an ambiguous scope, manage demanding customers, and make clear decisions for engineers.
  • •Operational strength to keep stakeholders aligned and ensure the client hears back the same day.
  • •Willingness to use AI aggressively and learn quickly, emphasizing judgment over polish.
  • •Desire to own outcomes and see the path to partner, including upside for bringing in work.
