Key Responsibilities

•Own content strategy for emerging Salesforce products, starting with Headless 360, ensuring day-one learning content at each launch.
•Partner with product and engineering teams before GA to build real product depth and shape content plans early.
•Translate complex technical architectures into learner-centered strategies for admins, developers, architects, and employees.
•Build reusable frameworks and playbooks that cut time-to-publish as new products enter the portfolio.
•Define the content structure and quality standards that let Trailhead serve as a trusted source for AI agents and MCP-driven experiences.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in content strategy, instructional design, or content development in a technology or enterprise learning environment.
•Track record of turning complex technical concepts into clear, learner-centered content for multiple audiences.
•Experience partnering with product or engineering teams to build content plans that align with product development cycles.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working with product, marketing and learning teams.
•Familiarity with content frameworks, scalable content architecture, and reusable program design.
