Job Summary

Provide global administration and operational support for finance systems used in close and reporting, spanning Blackline, SAP, Oracle R12, ServiceNow (SNOW), and related tools. Own month-end and year-end close accuracy, manage master data and user access, support audit/compliance evidence, and troubleshoot business user issues. Coordinate finance/IT requests, support M&A/entity integrations, and deliver reporting, training, and documentation to finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer SAP and Oracle R12, including user profiles, access requests, API keys, new entity setup, and master data/dimension maintenance.
•Support month-end and year-end close activities, including period open/close, subledger monitoring, journal/error reviews, allocations, rollforwards, TB/STB/HFM loads, revaluation schedules, and interface monitoring.
•Maintain Chart of Accounts and finance master data via governance, mappings, EPM requests, GL/cost/profit center creation, and account extensions.
•Execute Blackline administration, including TB and FX loads, reconciliation settings, R-item reporting, de-certifications, risk assessments, user maintenance, and status reporting.
•Manage support requests and SNOW tickets, prepare audit/compliance evidence (GAIT, SOX/SOC), and provide reporting, training, guides, and stakeholder communication.
