•Provide a consistent physical presence and compassionate care across assigned Tyson facilities while modeling safety protocols.
•Engage with team members across accessible work areas and break locations for at least 40% of the workday.
•Provide spiritual and emotional guidance to team members and immediate families while respecting beliefs, values, and experiences.
•Counsel distressed and bereaved individuals and families; respond to critical incidents and maintain confidentiality with required safety exceptions.
•Collaborate with HR to offer educational and social service opportunities, make hospital/home visits, provide presence at memorials/funerals, maintain records, and write articles/presentations as requested.

•Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) and able to communicate in person, by phone, and via video conference; basic computer skills and MS Office.
