Job Summary

Operate and oversee the Annville grinding mill, ensuring daily lab and maintenance functions run smoothly. Responsible for personal safety, rotating shifts/overtime coverage, and equipment upkeep/greasing. Help plan and execute a milling schedule, minimize inefficiencies, verify product quality and sampling, and maintain workplace inspections and environmental standards. Also support training for bagging and milling departments and perform quality control testing and maintenance procedures as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Own personal safety at all times and follow safe work procedures including Lock-out/Tag-out.
•Operate bobcat and support clean-up efforts as needed.
•Operate and maintain the grinding mill and associated lab/maintenance functions.
•Help plan, develop, and adhere to a workable milling schedule while limiting inefficiencies.
•Verify product quality, take required samples, complete workplace inspections, and maintain environmental standards.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
•Be knowledgeable of the materials and equipment needed for the tasks.
•Previous milling experience preferred.
