Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements into SCADA system requirements and logical/functional designs for SCADA solutions.
  • •Solve complex SCADA/OT problems and provide technical leadership while mentoring team members.
  • •Analyze requirements to develop short- and long-term SCADA solutions that meet enterprise business needs and keep projects on schedule.
  • •Design, build, and support OT data pipelines by integrating SCADA with systems like ACM and Kepware, plus MQTT/Sparkplug B and HiveMQ, delivering operational data to enterprise platforms such as Databricks.
  • •Optimize OT data quality and availability through troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning across polling engines, communication channels, edge devices, and data flows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in a SCADA or team leadership role, with experience in ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocol.
  • •Strong knowledge of SCADA and industrial communication protocols, including OPC, Modbus, DNP3, and MQTT (and related OT systems).
  • •Experience with enterprise data platforms and analytics tools, including Databricks, SQL, Python, and Power BI, plus cloud-based data architectures.
  • •Ability to diagnose and resolve complex OT data issues such as data quality problems, communication failures, and integration challenges.
  • •Excellent collaboration and communication skills to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
