Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the accountable product lead for assigned strategic clients, owning VIA delivery and adoption across the onboarding lifecycle.
  • •Lead requirements discovery and solution definition for complex onboarding engagements, ensuring solution designs are viable and can be implemented, operated, and supported at scale.
  • •Serve as the primary bridge between client implementation teams and VIA product teams to keep delivery aligned to agreed solution intent and product capabilities.
  • •Provide architecture and product leadership throughout implementation by identifying/mitigating risks and supporting pilot exit and production readiness assessments.
  • •Troubleshoot complex integration, onboarding, and production issues; capture lessons learned to improve product readiness and onboarding frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree (or 6+ years with an Advanced Degree).
  • •Experience leading complex client onboarding, implementation, transformation, or integration programs in payments/financial services/fintech.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable, operationally viable solution designs.
  • •Strong understanding of payment processing, issuer/acquirer operations, authorization systems, fraud and risk management, or related financial services technologies.
  • •Work directly with clients to define requirements, manage expectations, and drive successful implementation outcomes.
