Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the strategy for data engineering, AI engineering and fundamental data services to ensure scalability and alignment with business goals
•Oversee the full end-to-end data and AI lifecycle from diverse sources (IoT, field data, factory/production systems) through engineering, modeling, deployment, monitoring and operational analytics
•Lead global teams in data architecture, data engineering, integration engineering and data operations
•Establish and enforce coding, observability, resilience, SLA/SLO, incident response and operational procedures
•Deliver reusable AI components and enable self-service data, analytics and AI while ensuring compliance with export controls, data residency and other legal requirements

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or a closely related technical field
•Minimum 10 years of experience in data systems, data engineering, data systems engineering and system operations
•Fluent Polish and English
•Experience leading large, global engineering and operations organizations
•Deep expertise in cloud-based data ecosystems (Databricks, Snowflake) and cloud-native integration and operations
