Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical customer support and guide customers through complex issues to ensure timely resolution
•Document all inquiries and solutions, maintaining accurate records
•Liaise with Technology, ISC, Quality and Customers to address issues and escalations
•Manage customer escalations and case loads to ensure high levels of service
•Perform warranty claim processing and participate in verification/validation of hardware and software products

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering or mathematics)
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in application technical support or a similar role
•Strong knowledge of Elster Gas Analyzer and related technologies
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•Strong communication skills with customer empathy
