Job Summary

Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities within the Facility & Maintenance team at the Vibo site. Help implement maintenance plans across multiple mechanical and building areas, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and use IBM Maximo to create and maintain job plans, work orders, and asset records. Contribute to safety and compliance initiatives (including LOTO and Safe to Start), support waste management practices, and help analyze maintenance and asset performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation and monitoring of preventive maintenance plans across cleaning, gardening, mechanical, electrical, civil, and building areas.
•Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to plan, execute, and supervise maintenance activities.
•Use IBM Maximo to create and update job plans, preventive maintenance plans, work orders, and asset records.
•Collect, analyze, and organize maintenance and asset performance data.
•Support Safety & Compliance initiatives, including LOTO, Dropped Objects, and Safe to Start programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Master’s Degree or ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.
•Interest in industrial maintenance, facility management, and asset management processes.
•Basic knowledge of computer applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
•Familiarity with CMMS platforms or maintenance management software is considered a plus.
•Interest in safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability topics.
