Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation and monitoring of preventive maintenance plans across cleaning, gardening, mechanical, electrical, civil, and building areas.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to plan, execute, and supervise maintenance activities.
  • •Use IBM Maximo to create and update job plans, preventive maintenance plans, work orders, and asset records.
  • •Collect, analyze, and organize maintenance and asset performance data.
  • •Support Safety & Compliance initiatives, including LOTO, Dropped Objects, and Safe to Start programs.

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree or ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • •Interest in industrial maintenance, facility management, and asset management processes.
  • •Basic knowledge of computer applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • •Familiarity with CMMS platforms or maintenance management software is considered a plus.
  • •Interest in safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability topics.
