•Prepare fluctuation analyses to explain changes in account balances over time.
•Support SEC reporting deadlines, SOX compliance management, and audit support.
•Support SOX compliance activities including segregation of duty analyses and SOX assessment management for SAP upgrades.
•Manage AI governance impacting SOX and partner with control owners to assess control design and resolve gaps.

Key Requirements

•BS in Accounting or Finance.
•Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in fast-paced, detailed, deadline-oriented environments.
•High proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
•Financial analysis and critical thinking skills, with oral and written communication and presentation ability.
