Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for all warehouse functions (inward, putaway, picking, outbound) and inventory management for the Mondelez DC.
  • •Ensure batch-wise FIFO/FEFO picking and dispatches, and manage unloading of SKUs batchwise with timely GR and putaway.
  • •Plan required manpower based on volume fluctuations and handle 30+ staff while maintaining good hygiene in cold and dry storage areas.
  • •Maintain stock accuracy and batch accuracy; analyze and close inventory-related issues within defined timelines and ensure timely escalations for non-compliances.
  • •Manage PODs/ACCs collection, GIT for timely GRN, stock transfers between locations/DCs, zone/location finalization with customer, and support regional P&L and customer query/escalation handling.
