Lead end-to-end traffic and parking operations for The Gorge Amphitheatre, planning ingress/egress from county roads through on-site parking and post-event egress. Direct field teams in a remote, outdoor environment to ensure safe, efficient guest movement using a traffic plan and properly deployed traffic control devices. Oversee parking lot operations, equipment/inventory accountability, guest issue escalation, and cross-department coordination with venue operations, security, and transportation partners.
