Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the traffic plan from county roads to parking lots, including ingress and egress strategies.
  • •Coordinate traffic flow across county roads, venue access routes, and internal roadways, monitoring conditions in real time and making operational adjustments.
  • •Oversee all parking areas to ensure they are safe, organized, clearly marked, and maximized for capacity; lead ingress/egress during peak arrival and departure windows.
  • •Interview, hire, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate, and discipline parking staff; lead pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs.
  • •Manage parking-related equipment and inventory, maintain accurate staffing/incident/operational records, and serve as the escalation point for guest parking and traffic concerns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.4 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 2+ years of experience in parking operations, traffic operations, or comparable event leadership roles.
  • •Proven experience leading teams in high-volume environments.
  • •Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • •Ability to remain calm, direct, and solutions-oriented under pressure, including willingness to work long outdoor shifts in varying weather conditions.
