  • •Support implementation of maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle plans set by the Maintenance and Reliability Manager.
  • •Lead a team of maintenance technicians across foundry, machining, and plant operations, ensuring safe and efficient work.
  • •Monitor daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
