Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement UK security strategies and ensure compliance with HMG Security Frameworks, Information Assurance Standards, and STAMP requirements.
•Serve as Group Security Controller, manage Security Aspects Letters (SALs), and support flow-down of security requirements to third parties and subcontractors.
•Oversee multi-site physical and technical security operations, including site access, access control, visitor management, accreditations, and collaboration on security systems.
•Deliver security awareness and briefings, and coordinate emergency response drills with updated security and evacuation plans.
•Lead incident response and conduct investigations, reporting, root-cause analysis, threat assessments, and risk analyses; conduct internal and external audits.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience with UK Government Security practices, including HMG Security Framework and Information Assurance Standards.
•In-depth knowledge of the UK Defence Sector, including Cabinet Office STAMP requirements and UK security vetting processes.
•Ability to provide regional or multi-site security leadership and manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of physical and technical security systems and crisis management, plus risk mitigation and information assurance.
•Eligibility to achieve UK SC-level security clearance (existing clearance is highly desirable).
