Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with DDQA, Fab PI, cPIE and Fab QE to establish end-to-end QRC processes.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to identify front-end process-to-package impact and ensure pFMEA is in place for process change control.
  • •Establish inline control points and support specification validation and disposition measures to ensure product quality.
  • •Provide tactical support for continuous improvement and problem-solving for manufacturing issues, including excursion material disposition via fail mode risk assessment.
  • •Lead and improve global quality-related systems and business processes; drive cross-fab alignment and validate root cause and CA/PA for quality events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent practical experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing process or related technical roles.
  • •Knowledge of integrated traveler flow and fab area process.
  • •Strong model-based problem-solving with data-driven decision-making and effective presentation abilities.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and resolving process issues and identifying root causes.
