Job Summary

Design, build, and operate large-scale, cloud-native and AI-driven security platforms for Visa’s global environment. Build API-first security services using Python, integrate security tooling across multi-cloud ecosystems (SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, IAM), and drive automation to reduce time-to-detect and time-to-remediate. Lead GenAI-powered, agentic security workflows for misconfiguration analysis, threat triage, enrichment, and safe remediation, while contributing to scalable architectures and POC-to-production adoption.

•Design, develop, and operate large-scale cybersecurity platforms delivering detection, prevention, and response across cloud and hybrid environments.
•Build cloud-native, API-first security services using Python and modern web service frameworks.
•Develop and expand security integration frameworks connecting SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, IAM, network security, and threat intelligence platforms.
•Design and implement GenAI-powered security workflows, including autonomous agents for misconfiguration analysis, policy validation, and remediation recommendations, plus AI-assisted threat triage and alert summarization.
•Lead technical design discussions, run POCs for new technologies, and transition solutions into production while mentoring and raising team security maturity.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
•6+ years of work experience in cloud security engineering in multi-cloud enterprise environments (AWS, Azure).
•Expert-level certification in at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred).
•Hands-on experience migrating applications to the cloud and implementing cloud-native security controls at scale.
•Demonstrated experience building GenAI solutions and autonomous agents for cloud security engineering or security operations.
