Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop engineering specifications and requirements for consumer inkjet all-in-one and printer products.
  • •Develop project schedules, drive projects to completion, and manage readiness and build progress with technical teams.
  • •Assist the Program Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure technical aspects are well managed throughout the R&D development phase and proto builds.
  • •Collate build requirements and volume, construct build matrices, manage BOM, ensure test plans are ready, and manage build and product cost.
  • •Lead operation and/or production processes for the project and coordinate cross-discipline, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • •At least 1–2 years of experience in an R&D environment.
  • •Preferred experience in All-in-One or Inkjet Printer products.
  • •Ability to work independently or on a team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Fluent in English; conversing in Mandarin is an added advantage.
