Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a field reference for continuous improvement, helping production and packaging teams run daily performance better and develop operational autonomy.
  • •Identify and address recurring issues and performance irritants (standard deviations, setup problems, short stops, material losses, format change difficulties).
  • •Track and analyze performance KPIs, identify improvement opportunities from the field, and animate problem-solving with teams.
  • •Deploy and improve operational standards (work methods, checklists) and run initiatives such as 5S, SMED, Kaizen, productivity, and material-loss improvement.
  • •For the senior scope: build and deploy the operational excellence performance system across workshops, set the roadmap, challenge KPIs and action plans, and support cross-functional transformation projects (production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and industrial digitalization).

Key Requirements

  • •Engineer’s degree.
  • •First experience in operational excellence in a production, packaging, or demanding process environment.
  • •Experience applying Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in industrial settings.
  • •Ability to analyze KPI performance, structure root causes, and deploy durable operational standards (procedures, checklists).
  • •Green Belt certification is desired.
