Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions about product features, benefits, and availability and offering suitable recommendations.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards while retrieving merchandise from the sales floor or stock room.
  • •Process cash register transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges, and connect customers to the loyalty program.
  • •Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow accurately and efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; no specific education required.
  • •2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization.
  • •Ability to operate Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software tools.
  • •Must be 16 years of age or older.
