Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the COO and Strategic Operations to deliver high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • •Turn ambiguous business goals into structured project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
  • •Lead complex programmes end-to-end, keeping multiple workstreams aligned and moving against critical paths.
  • •Coordinate across teams (e.g., Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Partnerships, Product & Engineering, Finance & Billing, Legal, Revenue Operations) to ensure initiatives land smoothly.
  • •Run project governance (stand-ups, check-ins, steering committees, risk/issue tracking, decision logs) and produce executive updates based on analysis of data and operational/commercial impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience delivering strategic projects, programme/project delivery, strategy & operations, consulting, or a similar environment.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth technology, B2B SaaS, or comparable business.
  • •Ability to work independently and confidently with VP and C-level stakeholders while also handling operational and technical detail.
  • •Strong project and programme management skills, including planning, critical paths, dependencies, risk management, and governance.
  • •Strong analytical capability working hands-on with data, numbers, and spreadsheets, with commercial understanding across pricing, contracts, revenue, margin, or billing.
