Key Responsibilities

•Perform paintless dent repair using advanced glue-pulling techniques to address hail damage and other dents.
•Repair creases and body lines and handle larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Work in Carvana Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools to support reconditioning quality.
•Follow production scheduling needs, including the possibility of mandatory overtime.
•Use required safety equipment while operating tools and working in a fast-paced environment.

•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
