Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for Time Tracking, Absence Management, Scheduling, and Payroll modules; translate requirements into functional designs and system configuration.
  • •Lead or support configuration such as rules setup, accrual calculations, scheduling logic, time entry rules, validation rules, and payroll parameters.
  • •Support project delivery by participating in plan/design/build/testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment, aligning deliverables with PMM standards.
  • •Design and validate integrations, including 3rd-party solutions and external/outsourced payroll; support integration reviews and collaborate with developers.
  • •Own defect management and testing/UAT facilitation, provide operational support, and recommend continuous improvements; support time clock operations (including dormakaba Bcomm if applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on experience with Time Tracking and/or Absence Management as an analyst, configurator, or technical lead.
  • •Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design to go-live).
  • •Strong understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience with Workday API/web services.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions using PMM (waterfall) or similar methodologies.
