Senior Workday Platform Architect

Own architecture, standards, and technical governance for Adobe’s HR technology ecosystem, with primary responsibility for the Workday Security framework. Lead tenant lifecycle and security strategy, drive CAB/releases and audit readiness, and define platform governance across configuration. Build and standardize Workday Extend solutions, mentor integration architecture, and evaluate AI capabilities (including Illuminate) to improve employee and HR experiences.
