Job Summary

Own growth and P&L for key manufacturing and high-tech accounts, building pipeline and leading complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits across supply chain transformation. Lead direct enterprise selling plus partner/alliance co-sell and ecosystem channels, advising on end-to-end transformation spanning strategy, process, technology enablement, and managed services. Drive measurable outcomes through ROI value engineering, GTM play development, and accountable execution of deals from qualification through closure.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary relationship owner for supply chain clients and maintain account health, satisfaction, and value realization.
•Own revenue growth targets across supply chain offerings and identify end-to-end opportunities across plan/source/make/deliver/return/sustainability.
•Provide supply chain thought leadership and advise on emerging trends including AI/GenAI, process mining, risk sensing, resilience, and sustainability.
•Lead full pursuit lifecycle (qualification through negotiation and closure) and orchestrate solutions, delivery, SMEs, legal, and finance.
•Develop and represent repeatable manufacturing/high-tech GTM plays, including partner co-funded campaigns and partner field enablement.

Key Requirements

•12–18+ years enterprise sales experience and 7–10+ years selling supply chain/manufacturing transformation consulting services.
•Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder services deals in Manufacturing/High Tech (typically $1M–$10M+, multi-year programs).
•Ability to generate net-new pipeline, expand accounts, and lead high-performing pursuits.
•Demonstrated partner/alliance selling and effective co-selling across ecosystems and channels.
•Bachelor’s required; MBA and/or ASCM/APICS certifications (CSCP/CPIM) are a plus.
