Serve as the technical cornerstone for partner-led ITSM and agentic process automation deals, leading discovery and architecture through POC and close. Partner closely with GSIs and regional SI/VARs to design tailored solutions integrating Automation Anywhere’s APA platform with enterprise systems, positioning AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for measurable ROI. Coach partner SEs, build partner-ready solution assets, and engage C-suite stakeholders to win and scale technical partner motion.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical strategy and execution for partner-sourced ITSM and APA opportunities from discovery and architecture through POC and close.
•Act as the definitive Automation Anywhere technical authority in partner-led customer engagements, ensuring solutions drive business impact.
•Co-develop tailored solution architectures integrating the APA platform with other platforms to demonstrate ROI and measurable outcomes.
•Design and lead technical workshops and POCs to accelerate partner deal cycles and validate the platform choice.
•Coach and mentor partner SEs on deal strategy, solution design, and demo best practices; serve as escalation for complex technical challenges.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solution consulting at an enterprise software or SaaS company.
•Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, including integration patterns and workflow design.
•Demonstrated partner/channel motion experience, including co-selling with GSIs, regional SIs, VARs, or system integrators.
•Expertise with enterprise automation platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent) to build and demonstrate production-quality automations and agentic workflows.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; platform certifications and advanced degrees are a plus.
