Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical strategy and execution for partner-sourced ITSM and APA opportunities from discovery and architecture through POC and close.
  • •Act as the definitive Automation Anywhere technical authority in partner-led customer engagements, ensuring solutions drive business impact.
  • •Co-develop tailored solution architectures integrating the APA platform with other platforms to demonstrate ROI and measurable outcomes.
  • •Design and lead technical workshops and POCs to accelerate partner deal cycles and validate the platform choice.
  • •Coach and mentor partner SEs on deal strategy, solution design, and demo best practices; serve as escalation for complex technical challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solution consulting at an enterprise software or SaaS company.
  • •Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, including integration patterns and workflow design.
  • •Demonstrated partner/channel motion experience, including co-selling with GSIs, regional SIs, VARs, or system integrators.
  • •Expertise with enterprise automation platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent) to build and demonstrate production-quality automations and agentic workflows.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; platform certifications and advanced degrees are a plus.
