Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure equipment/system satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment at customer locations.
  • •Use blueprints or engineering specifications plus hand tools and diagnostic skills to repair HVAC units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to maintain accountability for company-issued and procured assets.
