Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned initiatives from definition through implementation, stabilization and closure.
  • •Translate business priorities into clear scope, outcomes, success measures, governance and integrated delivery plans.
  • •Establish fit-for-purpose project governance, decision rights, team routines, and escalation paths; lead steering committee discussions.
  • •Build alignment across functions and manage change through adoption, communication, and ownership transfer to the business.
  • •Partner with Finance and business owners to maintain business cases, monitor budgets/forecasts, and track value realization measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, supply chain, operations, project management, finance, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation and value realization.
  • •Experience working across functions and organizational levels in a matrixed environment, with manufacturing/operations/supply chain/capital delivery/transformation experience preferred.
  • •Formal project management training and strong command of project planning, governance, reporting, risk management, and collaboration tools.
  • •PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or comparable certification is preferred.
