Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish quality standards and Quality KPIs for products and processes.
  • •Develop and implement an effective QMS within the organization.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HW, SW, Component Engineering, MFG, Failure Analysis, and supply chain) to identify and mitigate quality issues and risks.
  • •Develop/enhance supplier audit processes and contribute to supplier SBR/QBR.
  • •Drive investigations via tiger teams to achieve RCA and CLCA, and lead 8D for NPI, production, and sustaining improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (MS is a plus).
  • •10+ years of related experience in the Semiconductor or Electronic industries, preferably in high-tech manufacturing (networking equipment).
  • •Hands-on experience with Quality Engineering in high-tech manufacturing and working with contract manufacturing partners.
  • •Practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO/TL 9000 and experience defining Quality KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • •Experience with PCBA manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, tests/diagnostics, failure analysis, debug techniques, and Six Sigma methods.
