Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and selection of high-calibre candidates. Develop sourcing strategies and manage recruitment channels to meet target and budget needs, conducting diagnostics to align hiring to business objectives. Handle interviews across phone, video, and in-person, manage pre- and post-employment checks, and maintain the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System with accurate requisitions, postings, and reporting.
