Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary account owner, conveying customer needs and priorities back to the company and maintaining continuous customer engagement.
  • •Develop and execute complex, customer-specific AGS service sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • •Present Applied Global Services offerings (including performance contracts, parts and labor, productivity solutions, and FabVantage analytics) and communicate service roadmaps.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Organization, Service Business Units, FabVantage, Business Development, Marketing, and Legal to create, negotiate, and execute service agreements.
  • •Prepare pricing proposals, manage order-booking documentation, conduct accounts receivable follow-up, and maintain account coverage, forecasts, and reporting.
