Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day direction to warehouse employees and ensure the team is staffed, managed, and trained.
  • •Supervise the daily execution of route and transport trucks and oversee sales loading, transport loading, and related warehouse operations.
  • •Complete shipping and handling documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments and perform inventory reconciliation.
  • •Load orders accurately and timely, maintain performance tracking information, and minimize warehouse and production costs.
  • •Oversee facility safety and security across all shifts and days (24/7) and perform housekeeping and food/safety responsibilities as applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • •3+ years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing preferred.
  • •Must be able to supervise, train, and communicate effectively with direct reports.
  • •Strong attention to detail, math skills, and ability to perform data entry and analysis.
  • •Comfort with computers (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and material handling equipment (forklifts, walkie-riders, pallet jacks).
