•Serve as functional owner for compliance quality assurance across the Legal & Compliance department
•Own QA standards, review methodologies, and assurance governance, including accountability for QA frameworks and reporting mechanisms
•Conduct hands-on quality reviews of compliance work (case reviews, decision assessments, and process quality checks)
•Provide oversight, direction, and calibration support to QA resources to ensure consistent review standards
•Partner with Compliance, AML, KYC/KYB, Operations, and control teams; identify recurring quality gaps and recommend process, control, and training improvements

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of experience in compliance, compliance assurance, QA, audit, AML controls, or operational risk within financial services, fintech, payments, or crypto

•Strong understanding of compliance operations and control environments, especially AML/KYC, onboarding, and transaction monitoring
•Experience designing or maturing QA or assurance frameworks
•Ability to independently identify risks, challenge decision-making, and drive remediation
