Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new metal deposition products and contribute to FMECA.
  • •Participate in or own first chamber build & test in the Apps lab, and coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve issues and support final test.
  • •Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) to review and address Top Field Issues; participate in CAPA and conduct/facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) as needed.
  • •Develop and document installation (start-up), retrofit, and maintenance procedures, including Technical Product Manuals and troubleshooting materials.
  • •Collect process and qualification data to create BKMs, develop training packages with Global Technical Training (GTT), and help ensure correct parts stocking with AGS.
