Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver comprehensive in-person upper-limb orthopaedic consultations during scheduled part-time clinic sessions at the ICC physical clinic.
  • •Conduct clinical evaluations (history, physical/functional exam) and review imaging findings to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • •Develop and implement evidence-based management plans, including non-operative care, pre-operative work-up, and referrals when indicated.
  • •Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR and demonstrate proficiency in the clinic’s EHR system.
  • •Coordinate closely with full-time clinical/administrative teams and multidisciplinary providers (e.g., physiotherapy) to ensure continuity of care between sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of upper-limb orthopaedic clinical practice.
  • •Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
  • •Residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery from an accredited programme.
  • •Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery, with fellowship certification in Upper Limb/Hand/Wrist Surgery.
  • •SCFHS classification and registration as an Orthopaedic Surgery Consultant, with experience as an orthopaedic consultant with an upper-limb focus.
