Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the end-to-end dispatch of global R&D samples, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • •Receive, accept, store, and manage samples with compliant Dangerous Goods and transport documentation.
  • •Prepare and dispatch shipments in line with IATA, ADR, IMDG, GMP, GLP, and SHE standards.
  • •Complete, reconcile, and maintain complex shipment documentation and obtain required authorizations on time.
  • •Coordinate daily workloads to meet SLA obligations, maintain inventory records, and support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Scientific degree or equivalent experience in a laboratory, logistics, or regulated environment.
  • •Experience shipping Dangerous Goods (IATA, ADR, IMDG) is highly desirable.
  • •Strong knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations and Known Consignor requirements.
  • •Understanding of GMP and GLP environments and compliance standards.
  • •Ability to manage complex documentation and coordinate operational workloads with strong attention to detail.
