Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead research initiatives in NLP, computational social science, and machine learning.
  • •Collaborate with product teams to turn research advances into impactful products.
  • •Design evaluations for creative intelligence and marketing performance.
  • •Develop scalable synthetic data generation and evaluation techniques.
  • •Train models, run experiments, and integrate machine learning models into Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform, iterating and communicating insights.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD with 3 years of experience, or 6 years of experience, in industrial research in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related technical fields.
  • •Hands-on experience deploying solutions in production environments.
  • •Multiple publications in top-tier conferences (e.g., ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, WWW, KDD, CVPR).
  • •Proven expertise in one or more areas such as Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Computational Social Science, Agentic Workflows, Social Network Analysis, Causal Inference, Recommendation Systems, or Multimodal Content Understanding.
  • •Experience crafting quality research experiments and evaluations with rapid iterations, and deriving actionable insights from large datasets.
