Job Summary

OTC Process Specialist supports the Opportunity to Cash value stream in end-to-end sales to fulfillment and invoicing processes. You’ll manage internal and customer data and documents, work in pricing/contracts or proposals, train new teammates, and drive continuous improvements within Halliburton’s global energy services business.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) value stream and end-to-end processes from relieving to sales fulfillment and invoicing for goods/services.
•Work in Business Development (Pricing and Contracts or Proposals and Quotes) or Operations (Sales Order Management or Invoicing).
•Create, edit, manage and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents with accuracy and timeliness.
•Communicate with team members and internal clients to ensure smooth OTC operations.
•Provide peer training to new team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in a professional office setting.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred, with prior oil and gas industry experience in business development, field operations, or field engineering preferred.
•Experience creating, editing, and validating data and documents within OTC or related business processes.
•Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness in end-to-end order-to-cash activities.
•Ability to communicate with team members and internal clients; willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
