Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage onsite activities across preparation, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
  • •Represent Eaton and the Project Manager in site planning, coordination, and safety meetings.
  • •Ensure EHS compliance via toolbox talks, daily risk assessments, and continuous safety leadership.
  • •Coordinate daily work of Eaton teams and third-party suppliers for smooth and safe execution.
  • •Review and audit testing/commissioning documentation and technical practices, providing daily written progress updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong electrical background with electrician or electrical engineer education; a university degree is a plus.
  • •Experience in field service, commissioning, site management, or service management in an electrical domain.
  • •Knowledge of Health and Safety and Quality Management on construction sites.
  • •Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring/cabling documents.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; professional English communication (Norwegian highly desirable).
