Financial Care Officer

Generate and grow employer relationships to expand Huntington’s Financial Care at Work program across an assigned region. Own employer acquisition and pipeline development through prospecting, decision-maker conversations, and partnership follow-through. Deliver financial education seminars, workshops, and employee engagement events that drive business adoption and participation. Collaborate with branch and retail leadership, coach teams to increase referrals, and maintain disciplined territory and results tracking within approved systems.
