Job Summary

Lead multiple Content Protection Operations (CPro) teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of copyright infringement and legal claims. Drive operational excellence against SLAs, quality, Critical Fail/Defects, AHT, productivity, and turnaround targets through workforce planning, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement. Coach Team Leaders, manage operational readiness for policy and initiative changes, and partner cross-functionally with Legal, Content Operations, Quality, Training, Workforce Management, and HR to maintain business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders to achieve operational, quality, compliance, and people performance objectives.
•Oversee day-to-day delivery of multiple Content Protection Operations workstreams to ensure efficient, accurate, compliant processing of legal claims.
•Ensure achievement of SLAs, AHT, Quality, Critical Fail/Defects, productivity, turnaround time, backlog, and operational performance targets.
•Maintain legal compliance, quality, and risk management by aligning processing with copyright laws, client policies, and regulatory requirements.
•Partner with Workforce Management on staffing strategies and use analytics for capacity planning, contingency planning, and operational continuity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Law, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
•5+ years of progressive experience (external) or 12 months (internal) in Content Protection Operations, Copyright Enforcement, Trust & Safety, Legal Operations, DRM, Intellectual Property, or a related domain.
•Experience managing end-to-end copyright infringement and legal claims, including complex, high-risk, and escalated cases for global digital content platforms.
•3+ years of leadership experience managing Team Leaders or multiple operational teams in a BPO, shared services, or global operations environment.
•Demonstrated expertise delivering results across SLAs, Quality, Critical Fail/Defects, AHT, productivity, compliance, and backlog management.
