Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years in a dedicated Sourcing role.
  • •2+ years of leadership or people management experience, including mentoring, coaching, and managing a team.
  • •Track record of developing and executing data-driven sourcing strategies that measurably improved pipeline quality and diversity.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence leaders at all levels.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
