  • •Supervise day-to-day operations of the procurement team to achieve business results, seeking to reduce manual intervention and duplication.
  • •Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company key results, and manage strategic supplier relationships including business review processes and performance feedback.
  • •Manage procurement processes to flex resources, optimize demand, release requirements into the supply base, and realign supplier delivery schedules to meet customer demand.
  • •Oversee negotiation processes with vendors for prices, contracts, and conditions; ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • •Maintain KPI reporting (monthly dashboard), agree on recovery plans as needed, resolve supplier discrepancies, and coach/train/mentor team members.

Key Requirements

  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader/manager) or completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •10+ years of related experience.
  • •5+ years’ experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management.
  • •3+ years of experience leading or managing cross-functional projects or teams.
  • •3+ years of experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance, with experience reporting to senior/executive leadership.
