Lead and coach a team of machine learning engineers within the Saturn squad, improving production ML systems that rank and personalize Spotify experiences like Radio and Daily Mix. Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to set technical direction across the ML lifecycle—experimentation through deployment and monitoring. Drive execution, remove obstacles, and apply modern software engineering and operational excellence, including thoughtful adoption of large language models for generative recommendations.
