Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and coordinate the project through all phases of design and construction under the assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director.
  • •Help prepare and maintain project documentation and deliverables including reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout, and client presentations.
  • •Maintain basis of design, prototype design, and template specifications for architectural elements.
  • •Review and inform design RFPs and schedule meetings with the project team as directed.
  • •Manage external design consultants through the design and construction process and communicate design standards to internal and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience in construction project coordination (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
  • •Experience working in project management on large-scale construction programs.
  • •Experience in design/architecture/civil works.
  • •Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and the MS Office Suite.
