Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and map the global infrastructure market to identify trends and fund investment opportunities.
  • •Source co-investment and secondary opportunities by liaising with fund managers, banks, consultants, and placement agents.
  • •Participate throughout the investment process, including initial screening, due diligence, negotiation of terms, and structuring.
  • •Build, review, and manage detailed financial models and develop investment presentations and papers.
