Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and application activities for key customer projects within the meat category.
  • •Partner with customers to create innovative new concepts and renovate existing products to meet their needs.
  • •Manage product development projects from brief through commercial launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • •Coordinate product launches and support plant trials at Kerry manufacturing facilities and customer sites.
  • •Conduct research and testing to improve existing products and develop new solutions, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support to customers.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in the food industry, preferably in meat applications, product development, or food manufacturing.
  • •Strong knowledge of meat technologies, ingredients, and processing systems.
  • •Experience supporting customers and delivering product development projects.
  • •Understanding of commercial considerations and the ability to translate customer needs into winning food solutions.
