Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate digital printing equipment (UV, solvent, eco-solvent, and latex printers) and manage production queues.
  • •Operate CNC routers, plotters, laser cutters, laminators, and other finishing equipment.
  • •Prepare substrates, inks, and materials; perform test prints and adjustments for alignment, sizing, and color accuracy.
  • •Handle cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, routing, and assembly works using materials such as vinyl, acrylic, MDF, foam board, aluminum, and PVC.
  • •Perform routine cleaning, calibration, preventive maintenance, follow HSE/quality requirements, and maintain production records while supporting urgent projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical Diploma or certification in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience as a Digital Print Operator, CNC Operator, Fabrication Technician, or similar role.
  • •Strong practical knowledge of digital printing and fabrication machinery.
  • •Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (basic InDesign knowledge preferred).
  • •Experience with RIP software, print production workflows, color management, and quality control.
