Job Summary

Perform scheduled maintenance and handle production emergencies by inspecting machines, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs. Operate production equipment and support/facilities systems, including general facilities maintenance such as plumbing and electrical wiring. Independently manage projects from materials through fabrication/installation, using precision measuring devices and reading blueprints. This onsite role runs Sunday 10:50 PM through Friday 7:00 AM and involves MIG/TIG welding and basic machining.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform regular scheduled maintenance and respond to production emergencies.
•Conduct routine machine checks, schedule repairs, and perform maintenance repairs.
•Operate production machines and equipment.
•Maintain and troubleshoot support and facilities equipment, including plumbing and electrical wiring.
•Fabricate and install components as needed, including using MIG/TIG welding and basic machining.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
•Ability to independently handle projects from start to finish, including materials and fabrication/installation.
•Ability to troubleshoot problems and read blueprints.
•Reliable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift, including availability for OT.
•Knowledge of CNC & PLC and familiarity with OSHA and general safety practices (preferred).
